A couple of months ago, I wrote about an awesome experience I had which included me having a dream about quoting Luke 18:8 to some people, and the very next morning that same verse was part of my daily Bible reading plan.
So, early last month I had ANOTHER experience very similar to that one. I shared this on Facebook, but just incase you didn’t catch it there, I wanted to share it here as well…
A few weeks ago, my wife and I were watching “The Daniel Project” on Netflix. It’s a documentary on different end time prophecies in the Bible that have been fulfilled, are being fulfilled, and are yet to be fulfilled. One of the prophesies mentioned was Zechariah 14:8-12. This passage says…
“On that day his (Jesus’) feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward.”
Then, it goes on to say, “On that day living waters shall flow out from Jerusalem, half of them to the eastern sea and half of them to the western sea. It shall continue in summer as in winter. And the LORD will be king over all the earth. On that day the LORD will be one and his name one.”
Do you know what excavators found under the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem? Yup, large amounts of flowing water. Pretty amazing how a document 2,500 years old spoke about this when there was no equipment or tools to discover it.
Anyways, here’s the best part. Want to guess what passage was part of my daily Bible reading plan the next morning? Yup, Zechariah 14:1-21.
Again, some may say coincidence and that’s fine. I still say He is in the business of signs and wonders.
I’m not saying He’s coming back tomorrow, but I am saying if your life isn’t right with God – you may want to set everything aside and make that #1.
Trust me – it’s worth it.
God bless,
