Day 14

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (TPT)
For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide. 5 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy[b]that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.

The Lord has given to us both offensive and defensive weapons for spiritual warfare. Jesus defended Himself against the enemy’s attacks by living a submitted life to the obedience of the Father. He used God’s Word (sword of the Spirit) to attack the Devil. God, the Father has equipped you with both offensive and defensive weapons.

It is the Lord’s desire that nothing holds you captive or enslaves your life. One of the first step toward breakthrough in your life is being convinced that God unconditionally loves you and is on your side, He is for you. He is good and faithful. “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.” Proverbs 18:10 (NKJV). By trusting in God’s power and believing in His great love and goodness, you enter into His protection and rest.

Your first step toward breakthrough is believing that the Lord truly is for you not against you (Romans 8:31), He loves you more than you’ll ever know. God is with you so you are equipped, you are able, and you have the victory.

Father, I thank You for Your goodness and loving kindness toward me. I thank You for the victory that I have through our Lord, Jesus the Christ. I thank You for breakthrough in my life. I acknowledge that through the cross the power of sin and separation from You has been broken. In the name of Jesus I proclaim my victory in every area of my life. I refuse bondage and captivity. I proclaim that Jesus is Lord over my life. He is my only Lord. I refuse to bow my knee to anyone or thing other than Jesus the Christ.

Jesus has set me free and I am free indeed. I speak to any bad habits, wrong thinking, beliefs, bondage or sickness and command that they leave in Jesus’ name. Sin/habit/sickness/disease of _______________________ I break your hold over me. I am the property of Jesus and you are trespassing. I declare your power broken in Jesus’ name. Father, I give You thanks and glory for the victory You have given to me. Amen.

Speak victory today. Speak directly to anything that attempts to enslave your life in the name and authority of Jesus. See yourself as free. Picture yourself as the victorious child of God that you are. See it!
