Judges 6 – Gideon
Hidden man with a hidden anointing
Angel of the Lord showed up and stirred up/unlocked/called forth the anointing

Might – The outworking of your faith and expectancy in God.  What you have learned and know and believe waiting for a place to happen. Hidden power or virtue invoked by environment.

Judges 6:12( YLT) and the messenger of Jehovah appeareth unto him, and saith unto him, `Jehovah [is] with thee, O mighty one of valour.’

13 And Gideon saith unto him, `O, my lord — and Jehovah is with us! — and why hath all this found us? and where [are] all His wonders which our fathers recounted to us, saying, Hath not Jehovah brought us up out of Egypt? and now Jehovah hath left us, and doth give us into the hand of Midian.

14 And Jehovah turneth unto him and saith, `Go in this — thy power; and thou hast saved Israel out of the hand of Midian — have not I sent thee.

Gideon expressing “Where is all the triumph?!” (vs 13) was Gideon’s “might” because he was speaking forth his expectancy of God, even though it was spoken from dis-contentment and frustration. Note the reference to “when Jehovah brought us up out of Egypt” this was a history changing, all powerful expression of God that would not be stopped.  Gideon had just received a calling and sending forth on the same magnitude as when they came up out of Egypt.  How do I know this because Gideon had just expressed that as his expectancy in God.  The Jehovah that brought them up out of Egypt is what Gideon, learned, knew and believed about his God.

Let me express my expectancy in God.  There is about to be an extraction of a people from oppression because a cry has gone out.  The Lord has stirred up/unlocked/called forth hidden anointing.  What is your might?  What is your expectancy of God?

We are to come against that which has been coming against us, that which has been plundering.  It will open into a time of restoration and refreshing so we can arise and do what God has put in our hearts to do.

Of all the time where God could have placed you in the earth, He chose now!  The most astounding period of time to ever occur in the history of the earth.  My guess is there is something hidden in you, by Him, since before your were knit in your mother’s womb that He intends to bring forth in this time.
